North grounds slated to be a second destination for live music and entertainment
EDMONTON, AB – With a bigger and better stage, expanded family licensed beer gardens and increased food and beverage offerings including food trucks and barbecue, the new K-Days North Stage is better equipped than ever to host music-loving fairgoers. Replacing TELUS Stage, this year’s North Stage headliner lineup in partnership with Corus Entertainment will include performances by Gibson Block, The Dungarees, The Red Cannons and the ID VIP and ReverbNation’s artist showcase.
“There’s no better way to enjoy music than with great food, cold drinks in the midst of fast rides,” said Tim Reid, President & CEO, Northlands. “Having a great atmosphere is just as important to Northlands as is to our guests and that’s why we’ve added another outdoor live music and entertainment venue to the K-Days grounds.”
K-Days is proud to support emerging artists and as part of ID VIP and ReverbNation’s showcase, the K-Days North Stage will host up-and-coming and local artists including Sister Gray, Rellik, Sarah Smith and more.
Each evening at 8 p.m., the new K-Days North Stage will host the following nightly musical performers:
July 17 – Heather McKenzie Band
July 18 – Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
July 19 – Pepperland
July 20 – Olivia Rose
July 21 – Gibson Block
July 22 – The Red Cannons
