EDMONTON, AB – As Northlands embarks on a renewed vision rooted in sustainability, agriculture and major event production, some organizational change should not be unexpected. With mixed emotions today we announce the official resignation of Tim Reid, President & CEO of Northlands.

“Northlands needed a leader we knew could navigate the uncertainty. In just over 3 years, Tim took Northlands through a historic transformation that has carved out a new path for our future.” says Geoff Oberg, Chair of the Board of Directors. “We wish Tim and his family success in their new endeavors and thank him for the work he has done for our organization, community and region.”

Kevin Gunderman, Vice President of Corporate Services, will assume the role of Interim President & CEO effective immediately. Kevin joined the Northlands team in January 2017 and has been instrumental in the negotiation and implementation of the new business model that Northlands now operates under.

“I am incredibly excited about the path that has been laid out for Northlands. This storied organization is poised for great things in the future.” notes Mr. Gunderman. “I have the privilege of being surrounded by a strong team of dedicated employees and a Board of Directors who supports a sustainable path for the next chapter of Northlands.”
