EDMONTON, AB – The countdown is on as today marks “100 Days to K-Days!” On July 20, 2018, Edmonton’s biggest annual summer festival will be kicking off with a host of exciting new event features that will make this a K-Days to remember.
Starting on Friday, April 13 and continuing one per day through the following week, Northlands will begin releasing the names of the 10 exciting headlining performers that will be gracing the K-Days South Stage at this year’s festival. Without ruining the surprise, this year’s crop of talented performers comprises some of today’s hottest and most buzz-worthy acts alongside some of your all-time favourites. While all visitors to K-Days will have the opportunity to enjoy our star-studded concerts for free, Northlands is also excited to announce the Premium Party, a new exclusive access area that will enliven your concert-going experience and give you the best seat in the house. This ticketed area will put concert-goers front and center for their favourite artists on a bigger and better stage with their own private bar. Prices for this licensed all-ages area range from $30 to $60 depending on the performer. Ticket availability for the Premium Party experience will coincide with the performer announcements beginning April 13. Prices include gate admission for all advance purchases. Tickets are limited for the Premium Party area, so get them before they sell out.
This year’s K-Days will also include another very important first for the long-running event, as Northlands continually strives to better serve our community. As an Agricultural Society, Northlands is a huge advocate of all things local and this year, for the first-time ever, we will be serving local Alberta craft beer exclusively throughout the K-Days grounds. In cooperation with the Alberta Small Brewers Association and Travel Alberta, we are making several of the best craft breweries in Alberta available on the biggest stage of all. Northlands couldn’t be more excited and proud to share the very best of what Alberta craft brewing has to offer.
General admission will become available for K-Days starting May 1, 2018.
